How to Join Flamez Elite in 3 Simple Steps

1. Sign Up – Register today to secure your spot! With programs for all skill levels, there’s a place for everyone at Flamez Elite.

2. Try Out – Every athlete will be evaluated to assess their current skills. No experience? No problem! We welcome beginners and experienced cheerleaders alike.

3. Get Placed & Grow – Based on your skill level, you’ll be placed on the right team for you—whether it’s our Elite Competitive Team or our Fundamentals Program. As you develop, there will always be opportunities to level up and take your skills to the next stage!

knows what it means to defy the odds. Starting her cheer journey later than most, she made up for lost time with unmatched dedication and a relentless work ethic. She pushed past every challenge, proving that skill and passion matter more than experience alone. As a coach, she carries that same mindset—instilling confidence in her athletes, refining their technique, and pushing them to reach their full potential. Under her leadership, her teams have consistently earned top placements, proving that her training methods drive real results.

Jean McCurdie

has been a leader in the sport since her early days as a cheer captain, stepping into the role with determination and a commitment to excellence. She understands firsthand how setbacks can become stepping stones to success. After facing challenges in her own cheer career, she turned her focus to coaching, where she quickly became one of the most accomplished mentors in her league. With a history of leading teams to championship titles, Jean is known for her ability to build disciplined, confident athletes who perform at their best—both on the mat and in life.
